Return Policy and Cancellation Policy
 

VTR is happy to ship rugs for customer consideration as long as customer agrees to the stated RETURN POLICY and CANCELLATION POLICY.

When VTR Rugs are shipped for consideration of purchase to a customer or designer, customer or designer is responsible to return ship all rugs not purchased to VTR or the warehouse from which the rugs were shipped. All rugs that are not purchased or if a rug is ordered and then cancelled by a customer or designer- these rugs are subject to shipping charges and 5% CC fees and all other bank fees. Cancellations MUST occur within 10 days of placing the order via email from VTR website or the customer has purchased the rug. AND, Rugs MUST be returned within 10 days of delivery or the customer/designer owns the rug- after 10 days it is a purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer or designer to pay a CC deposit for the retail cost of the rug before shipping or when a rug is ordered. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer or designer.

And, designer and/or customer must return all rugs out for consideration within ten days of receiving the rugs. If not returned within ten days, the rug is a purchase. The CC deposit (minus the shipping and 5% CC fees and all other bank fees) will be refunded upon receipt of the returned rug in good condition. REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 30 days TO PROCESS. If a rug instock is ordered then cancelled within 10 days the refund will reflect the deduction of 5% CC fees and all other bank fees.
NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS on SPECIAL ORDER RUGS (rugs requested by the customer to be placed on the loom in Nepal or Tibet or any country, custom size or standard size).
